A new 37,000 sq. ft. fluid production facility. The design starts with the receiving of raw milk and continues through the pasteurization, packaging and shipping of the product. Through the utilization of the Creative Edge patented technology, this facility is capable of cost effectively processing 1.2 million gallons of milk per week. Other highlights include a contained ammonia plant, a secondary glycol system, a reverse osmosis water system, hot water sanitization and a high-level security system. The reverse osmosis water system and hot water sanitization greatly reduce chemicals and product waste. A clean room environment is achieved through a HEPA filtration air intake system in the blow molding and product filling rooms.
