McGervey Wealth Management hired Structura to Design, Bid, and assist with Construction Administration of a penthouse suite tenant improvement for their new corporate headquarters in North Canton, Ohio. Structura designed the 3,770 square feet suite around the existing building’s common lobby, egress pathways, and fenestration pattern. The program required the penthouse suite to be divided into two autonomous suites (2270 sq.ft. / 1500 sq.ft.) that are designed to assimilate into one suite as McGervey’s business plan expands.

The suites boast private offices and conference rooms that make use of full height glass doors, permitting natural daylight from the existing perimeter fenestration into centrally located core spaces. Creative design in collaboration with the owner and a local builder provided a project that was delivered successfully on schedule for less than $100 / sq.ft.
