Structura was introduced to the International Union of Operating Engineers through a customer referral. The IUOE – Local 18 District Office located in Middletown Ohio is the second district office project that Structura engaged in with the IUOE. The Middletown project was a comprehensive renovation of the old Middletown Social Security Office. The program includes an open office work environment, flexible meeting spaces for district gatherings, conference rooms, a catering kitchen and a tiered parking lot. We worked directly with the district manager to develop the program, design, building identity, and provide opinion of cost. Providing prompt and responsive solutions has earned Structura the opportunity to work with the IUOE Local 18 on a third district project located in Central Ohio.
