This 65 plus condominium unit development is comprised of three and four-unit clusters, with both single story and two-story units ranging from 1,542 – 2,589 sq. ft. The first three-unit cluster is currently under construction. Structura assisted with the conception of the development and with the relocation of a circa 1890 barn from Medina, Ohio which will be used as a community center for the development. The “agridential” concept features a community garden, walking trails, sustainable construction practices and low impact site development.
