This 189,000sq. ft. facility is the North American headquarters for refurbished healthcare systems and large warehousing facility.  Many sustainable practices were used in the design of the facility, such as natural day-lighting, LED lighting for exterior, an energy management system, the use of indigenous building materials, TPO roofing system (Thermoplastic Polyolefin), Xeriscaping (indigenous plants), wet and dry detention ponds and the use of recycled materials.
