Structura was introduced to the International Union of Operating Engineers through a customer referral. The IUOE – Local 18 District Office is a proposed 10,050 square foot green field facility located in Akron, Ohio. The program includes an open office work environment, flexible meeting spaces for district gatherings, conference rooms, and a catering kitchen.
We worked directly with the district manager to develop the program, design, building identity, and opinion of cost. Providing prompt and responsive solutions has earned Structura the opportunity to work with the IUOE Local 18 on a second district office located in Middletown, Ohio.
